    The MCEC Living In the New Normal initiative serves the Active Duty, National Guard and Reserves of all five military service branches, to include the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Coast Guard.

  • Where We´re Working

    Where We're Working

    As of June 2009, the Military Child Education Coalition has provided the Living In the New Normal two-day institute, one-day practicum, and public engagement components of the LINN system in 42 locations in 16 states and three countries.  By 2012, the MCEC will conduct more than 200 Living In the New Normal events in all 50 states and three countries and two U.S. territories.

    The Military Child Education Coalition's Living In the New Normal initiative is informed by field research and through consultation with experts in the fields of trauma, resiliency, grief, and healthcare.
